What site? Where are you from? Do you want the Japanese version when it launches? We don't know there won't be a simultaneous worldwide release yet so I wouldn't look into buying a Japanese version until you're sure it'll be available before the version for whatever region you're in.

For the Japanese GT site, they had updated the release date by Autum. So i guess it will release around September? And 'GT father' said they will release the 'Chinese version' about 1 month after the Japanese version. (Same period as english version?)
And by the way, "Japanese" is considered offensive. So reconsider and call the country "Japan," or its people "Japanese." If you know the language, "Nihon" and "Nihongo" also work for Japan. But I am sorry. I think I went over this topic the other night with someone else.

I'd say it's pretty safe for Jordan or another mod to lock this up, it won't go anywhere except into more debate over new members posting old questions.
Oh, I noticed two things about the intro. Not only was "Japanese" offensive, but the use of "tha" instead of "the" has been noted. Not being mean, but the site kind of wants people who don't use a lot of slang. So, a double-whammy of sorts.
The whole thread has been filled with comments by John saying that the term Japanese is offensive then you just go ahead and use it, are you some kind off racist freak
I was just asking if anyone knows THE realease because i was looking at this site LIKSANG.com and they said that they where expecting the JAPANESE version of the game at about the 2 quarter of 2004 so i only wanted to know if anyone knew the exaxt date.
Hi, I'm Kaz. I work for Polophony Digital. I was speaking at E3 this year and mentioned that Gran Turismo 4 is scheduled - as of now - for a November 2004 release (Q4). Apparently no one has posted this vital information to GTP, or the search button is broken, or the sticky thread "GT4 Release Date " is unavailable.
