I need help staying outside the cones while turning left im playing with the controller

How can we help you? All you need to do is stay in 4th the whole time and not touch cones. For daytona, keep it at full throttle, and for Indy, let off for half a second (ish) then you can go full throttle for the rest of the turn.

Having the same problem! Tried it over 20 times always miss out by .1 seconds. I have breezed everything else. It's the banked one I'm stuck on. It's doing my head in.

Don't try and get too close to the cones. If you try to get real close then it looks like you're gonna hit a cone you'll freak and lose some speed while you adjust. It's better to keep a slightly safer distance and end up with a smoother run.

4th gear flat on Daytona, Indy just leave it in 3rd. Im using a G25 but i assume it could be done as easy with a controller.

nascar was by far the easiest event.

Just silvered it, didn't realise a NASCAR would have ASM. turn it off and it's straight forward. Stick to 3rd for Daytona.

I got lucky and beat that one by .005 of a second . On Daytona i turned up into the straight just a tad (bumped analog stick right). kept a smooth turn on the smaller bank into the turn, eased the stick more left on the higher bank , and found the where I was very close to the cone and kept the analog there. Exited close to the cones and managed beating it by .85. Indy i let of just before the jagged cone went in close to the turn and hit gas when I felt i would be close to the wall on exit. ( beat it by .005)

indy is easy because you dont have to go full throttle but Daytona i cant keep the car straight i go back and forth betwwen the coned area and the wall

how do u pass the extream events NASCAR

ASM is on and you cant turn it off

i only need to do the pit stop one and the restart on daytona

Turn off the ABS, that will also turn off the ASM.

I hate these events. Is NASCAR really this boring in real life?

All I have left is the extreme races, and if you slightly bump another car (or they bump into you) your disqualified. I remember a film called Days of Thunder, where Tom Cruise is clearly told that "rubbin' is racing". This is not the case GT World 👎 Poor show PD, poor show indeed.

These events have turned into a real grind for me, and once I've got my gold trophies and completed the race series in A Spec I have zero intention of ever getting back in a NASCAR.

I'd much rather they had included Indy Car's.

well i golded it and my worst fears came to pass, i got the jeff gordon car will be trading it away for any good car that is worth 350k~450k, plus i will throw in 2 bonus cars and their paints free

It's possible, just did it for a mate the other day, drive a G25 myself but he couldn't do it with DS3, so i did it for him.

A big difference with the g25 is the mini tankslaps the car constantly gets, with a g25 you just feel the force yanking on yr wrists, but the DS3 not, and instead lets the car zigzag a bit...
12 Times and it was gold for me mate, practice!

Took me 50+ times to get a silver trophy on daytona inside lane. Kept hitting the cones towards the end.
