its so easy a caveman could do it
The NASCAR event was waaaaay to easy. i was pretty much falling asleep. I was in first place by lap 2-3 depending on the track. no skills needed what so ever. C'mon PD, we've been playing this much too long for you to keep putting begginer feeling races/events. I think others feel the same as me when i say more challenge. i want to race those AI hard to get first. not just breeze around them like they are standing still.
and dont get me started on the online garage. I do like some of the old cars in there, but garbage for the most part.
The only one that gave me any kind of trouble was on Rome Reverse, and basically because I kept ramming into stuff from playing at 2 AM tired.
The back-end comes out easier online.Ya I hit that bump on my first lap and restarted, then won with ease. I enjoyed the event, but I really noticed a difference for online and offline physics. For exmaple, when I raced online, and took a hard turn, my back end never came out. However when I went into practice mode, I had a hard time keeping controll without aids.
The first 2 laps of each were fun, but running Suzuka solo for 5 laps by myself in a non-adjustable NASCAR with SRF stuck on gets boring quickly.
The only one that gave me even slight trouble was Trial Mountain, and that's only because Denny Hamlin's AI was being a bitch and forced me onto the bump at the last chicane, which sends you flying and sent me back down to 4th. Still secured an easy win though...
Only on Suzuka, Trial Mountain, and a third I can't remember. You were in the lead after only 2 laps??
Jeez, I must have done something wrong since it took me 6 laps to steal first. I like to drive cautiously though.
