Jester Tuning?? Not able to do

Hi guys, a friend of mine asked me earlier today how my Jester is looking like.I said normal because you can't tune but apparently you can. But how? I've bought Wang Cars, I tune my cars in Wheels Angels Cars or something but the Jester isn't showing up in Wang Cars at all, how the hell you guys modd it?

What do you mean, it isn't "showing up in Wang Cars"? The Jester doesn't spawn at Wang Cars, if you're expecting to find it there.

Transfenders, the mod shop beside Wang Autos, won't modify the Jester, but you can mod it at Wheel Arch Angels, where you can also mod the following cars:
Elegy, Flash, Jester, Stratum, Sultan, Uranus.

Wheel Arch Angels allows for more extravagant mods than Transfender, with custom paint jobs available for all the cars it can mod.

Weird because last time the gate wouldn't open up to Wheel Arch Angels while standing in front of it. But thanks for ur help 👍

Yeah, SA seems to have problems opening garage doors sometimes. Wait around, drive around the block, whatever. It should open up eventually.
Even when you can't mod a vehicle the door should still open.

Yeah, if the garage doesn't open and you're right in front of it. Get out of the car and get in. That works for me.

Probably the rancher. Apparently the bradly games shows that the trashmaster can be modded at TF but i checked in the game and it cannot .

Another thing, remember the mission were you had to steal a grain machine? They drive around in the Farm but I can't get in because the door is locked. Can you steal it anywere or can't you steal it at all?

It's possible because I did it once, sometimes it isn't locked or they might have one sitting around somewhere. If all else fails you could try pulling it with the little tractor around it.

you can buy the jester at the import/export place at earter basin docks when you get it opened.

All ya got to do is stand in front of one with a driver in it and
shoot the driver in the head
He should fall out and leave the door open for ya and you can have some fun runnig over peds.

If a locked one is driving around, you can just shoot the driver and he will fall out, leaving the door open.

Wanna talk about garage doors not opening, go to the main San Fierro garage. That little thing is a *****.

Well, you need to do the gas station missions until you buy wnag autos and keep doing the missions until wheels arch angels is open.

This is just the garage-opening problem. It's just a slow-read/load problem, not really a glitch. It's a big game after all.

You also have to purchase Wang Autos, and complete a few missions in that strand to unlock Wheel Arch Angels. You must complete Cesar Vialpando to unlock Transfender and Loco Low Co.

As fas as I know Transfender and the other mod garages open up soon enough if you have the right car for the garage. Don't expect Wheel Arch Angels to open up if you show up in a Cheetah or Savanna.
