Luftrofl, I cannot say that I know there will be JGTC/Super GT racing coverage in America. I love the racing they provide. Everything from the on-track action, to the challenging courses, the packed houses, and the most important element- the race queens! You know Japan builds them right!
On a serious note, I'd like to say I think JGTC may in one-way or another be shown on TV. I really think that our only outlet to the [actual] world of racing is Speed Channel. I'm sure we're not going to get tape delays, same-day coverage, or much less live coverage. If there was live coverage, the racing would be live around 1 AM Eastern time on Sunday. For me, it would be about 12:00 Midnight here, just kicking off Sunday morning. I guess we as a racing community can try to draw attention to Speed or someone to show Super GT coverage in America. The Super GT has that All-Star race in December at California Speedway. It would be a damned shame for motorsport in America from Japan to not be televised. You know us. If any international motorsport wants to visit America, Speed Channel will lovingly talk about it. That could be said for BMW Boxerad (or whatever it's called) visiting the Daytona Road Course during Daytona Bike Week. And let's not forget, too, Formula One at Indianapolis (For Christ's sake, please DO NOT discuss this year's Indy event! Old news, overkilled, overstated... don't get me started. Are we cool?).
My best guess would be during November 2005 into mid-January 2006. You know, when NASCAR's all done.
