Nooooo will have to work tomorrow   :yuck: :indiff:

DRIVEN -USA-
 Don't worry about me, me and eats always throw things at each other, no pain no gain. :sly:

Fair enough, I guess I'll have to wait for the results to work out precisely what eatsviper meant.

Ok, I'm done with the race results, drivers ranking and teams ranking for the entire season I'm now posting everything. :)

Oh no, a spin costed me maybe the win or a close fight with sagaris. I don´t believe. =/////

That 7 seconds lost were exactly the gap. But that happens. :)

Congrats to everyone and mainly the podium finishers.

lol DRIVEN -USA-, just got your PM and I bet you'll laugh at the race results :sly: well maybe laugh and then start to cry...

Oh, I forgot to mention DRIVEN -USA- that after  and :( and :nervous: you'd still be :D in the end.

DRIVEN -USA-

Consider yourself lucky with my 8th position on round 6. :sly: Next time I'll be the one :D in the end.

edit : haha I beat you by 1 sec  that will be my little personnal victory for season 1

Wow, I didnt think I was that fast here. I thought i ran a better race at suzuka (where I finished second) than here. I dont even like laguna(that doesnt mean that im slow here though :) )

Anyway, I ran a nearly flawless race with a few minor offs but no spins or penaltys. I ran medium tires the whole way with laps around 1'20.0-1'20.5 or so being the norm. 3 pit stops were on laps 10,20 and 30.

I didnt know what to expect seeing as I only did a handful of laps for quali and didnt get nearly what I could have with more time. Anyway, thanks to viper for the series and all the racers for a competitive series. 👍

Good job Sagaris, 2 wins in the short period of time you were with us (5 races) that's really good. 👍 At the end of the season when it wasn't you winning it was VTRacing taking it. You two made the NSX a feared contender during that period of time. :sly:

Nice job to the podium guys 👍 (and the rest 👍 )

I'm amazed you could get 10 laps out of medium tyres Sagaris, I was doing 8 lap stints on medium front/hard rear and they were going orange by the time I pitted. I guess I must have been doing too much sliding :(

Congrats to veilsidebr for the overall win :)

And thank you to eatsviper4lunch for the effort in bringing this series together

Now let's do it all again.

:( :( :( :(

Just as I thought, that qualy penalty cost me the win :banghead: Damn and by 2 points! I don't even get a "you came really close" award in the hall of fame ;)

Congratulations to DRIVEN -USA-, ya got me :) Also congrats to veilside for the GT500 win, and to I-4 for taking the team win. Nicely done guys. I hope I'll see you in the next season!

Heh i dont understand it - at the beginning of the season i was better and now...
I also used medium tyres pits 10/20/30 but warmup laps and last 2 laps where every time worst than 1'20.5 which i had in about 5 laps out of 10 (if you know what i mean :P) I thought that my tyre strategy was very wrong but winner had the same strategy so - my driving sux (especially cos he said that his laps where near the 1'20.5...)
Thnx eatsHondaBeatforlunch for organizing all that stuff - it was really fun :) I dont know if i will be in season 2 - i just cant afford so much time for GT at the moment :/

Those 9th and tenth laps were quite orange and on the verge of red, but I figured that I didnt lose too much time on those laps and It was probably way less than an extra stop. I had to brake early on this first turn and coming up to the corkscrew, as well as beware the turn after the corkscrew on the worn tires, but overall I kept a balanced racing line even with the substancial tire wear. My laps didnt even drop off of a second on some of those lap 9s and I figure I had similar times on those 10th laps. I probably lost 10 or so seconds on those redish-tire laps but that still way less than a pit stop, especially considering the extended pit lane in the GT4 version.

I dont think I had many green tire laps over 1'20.5. I had about 6-8 1'19s including one in my last stint that was a few thousands off my record.

about NSX´s...
my struggles with concentration continues... just had 3 crappy races and in each one of then i get points for qualify and for fast lap... just have to be more consistent now...

i´m ashemed of my place, but happy with the fastest lap...

congrats veil for winning the division... and to everyone that participated

now lets do it again!

I wanted to run a 2-stop strategy on RH/RM but with the extra weight the balance of the car was very unpredictable on the harder tires. So I ended up running RM/RS for 4 8-lap stints.

Is there a mod for GT that gives me forward-mounted rocket launchers (for taking out backmarkers)? I think I had 3 spoiled runs due to those freaks forcing me off-track and causing a spin. Grr. :D

Major congratulations to my teammate for winning the GT300 championship. And I-4 wins the Teams' championship! 👍 👍

Really disappointed to lose second in GT500 at the wire, but congratulations to the top 2. You guys deserved it. 👍

i just look through the entire forum... this was the first race that the champion veilside enter and didn´t get the fastest lap... and thanks to me!

:D Whew a close one. Eats just edged me out for first place. :yuck: That one little slid off with red tires at the dogleg did it.

Congrats to the podium finishers and to Zeratol for a good close race to the end.
Also to my teammate (MULSANNE) for sticking around to the end and helping take first place in the teams standings.  👍 👍

Also a BIG thanks to EATSVIPERFORLUNCH for a great series, will be looking forward to the next one. :sly:

I really exptected a better result. Even without the 10 second penalty for not qualifying, I'd still have the slowest total time (and lap time!).

For the final spot, I changed from Honda to Toyota. I really had no trouble going 10 laps on RM/RM. With few exceptions, my race was very clean and smooth. I was really impressed with how consistent my lap times were (mostly 1'23.xxx). I guess the Supra was just very slow. Check it out:

Car No. : 81

L10 - R3/R3
L20 - R3/R3

Thanks for a great event, Viper!
