Time submitted, slight improvement over the week but nothing special. There's probably a few tenths more there but to get them you need to be mighty close to the walls!

:crazy: :sick: I'm not happy with my time, the weight penalty is now starting to take its toll. :scared: Either I'll do decent in this next race and possibly add a little weight, or some of the weight will come off.

I think I did rather well this time around. Tokyo is definitely more drivable with the DS2 than the previous two tracks, so I guess that helps. We'll find out in a couple of hours I guess.

Still waiting to sort out my DFP :grumpy:

Ugh managed a grand total of 15 laps on a circuit I'm decidedly average at = not a particularly good time.

Yeah but no way in hell I was expecting to win the first race, then I started to receive all the times in PMs and emails to realize one by one that none was faster. :eek:

Just thrust me this time I'm behind. I just tested both Mazda's (RX-7 and RX-8) and it's just sick how fast those two are. :eek: I can take some curves 10kph faster than with my Motul!
 
I know mine is in, just rechecked Yahoo since sent Replay. Off to nap for a bit since I was up at 1AM to watch football. (Had to watch Carolina @ TB since Panthers are my team since they started, and AFN just happen to be televising that game)

VTRacing gets the pole in GT500 and Lewie ( 👍 fellow teammate) takes it in GT300.

7th for me, not great but still ok. I'll have to work really hard in the actual race and be dead consistent with my lap times if I want to have a shot at a good result.

Again good job Lewie on the pole, makes Spoolin Performance Racing proud. :cheers:
 
Man, I really seem to suck from T2 > Finish. This is the 2nd week where I've been fastest until there, and then get smoked at the end. :scared: Ah well, at least my teammate qualified 2nd, go Soyfu!

Well done to my team-mate Teledriel with a nice time (and faster than last season 👍 )

Congrats to Lewie for the GT300 pole, and I'm watching out for Casio who'll be quick in the race. :nervous:
 
Wow, second, I wasn't expecting that. I really thought I'd be pretty far down the field.

VT Racing, it's going to be pretty hard to keep up with you, if I'm losing 0.5 seconds a lap now, over 35 laps I'll be a long way behind you...

But that's not going to stop me trying!
 
Yep, but don't forget I'll probably have to do two more pitstops than you given that my tyre wear is so bad.

I don't understand why the RX-7 LM gets tyre wear equivalent to every other car but the RX-8 LM chews tyres more quickly. :confused:

Totally forgot to go check last season to see what the times were for Qual, to compare, but being almost a second behind, I know was a vast imporvement for me.

w00t!!! I thought I was going to need to break the 1:36 barrier, but am happy to see I got my first pole. Now I just need to finish with a strong showing in the race!!!

i´m already waiting also for round 5, in laguna, for now, i have to be rock solid in the race to score a few points and keep the championship alive

just for the record, the lap i lost was 1´29´3xx, and the ghost i was chasing was a 1´27´6xx with the woodone supra... i hated that ghost for the 2 or 3 hours that i tried to chase him down :grumpy:

@ saleen,yes, that T2 is great,don´t know what happened in your last sector... thios ghost lap i talked about i had also 48´4, so very similar

Thought i was much faster, lost .5 to 1 second to t1 but can't get any faster to that point. The run i turned in had my best time to that point but am still very slow overall :scared:
 
@EV4L....I've been meaning to ask you what the tire abbreviations mean? I figured they would be RSS, etc.?
 
Are you talking about the BS, MI, YH, BF in the tire column? If so it's the tire make the cars are using, I tried to put the exact same ones the real JGTC cars were running with in their respective years.

BS:BRIDGESTONE / MI:MICHELIN / YH:YOKOHAMA / / BF:BF GOODRICH
