JGTC S2 Round 6 Qualif + Results

Thanx Nuvolari ~ THe RE seems to fit me alot better than the S2K did lasst season. Then again, I have gotten a little better at driving overall.

Need rumble strips at the end of the long stright to just give the controller a vibration though :p

after a bit of testing, it appears my car is quite slow compared to others, meaning, i will do my best and still probaby get dead last :ouch:

The qualifying times must be delivered until tomorrow, the 18th, 23.59 EST (see first post). Afterwards, eatsviper checks all the results and will publish them as soon as possible. Usually a few hours after the deadline.

I hope this has been useful...
 
Time submitted.

Didn't do so well here but then I didn't expect to. I'm flying back home tomorrow for the holidays, so with travel time and recovery and Xmas and catching up with friends and family I may only manage one run this round.

Did 25 laps and for sure with more time I have a potential to save another .300, I should be in the game for the race even with the fact that I'm the lowest hp car and with the weight added. 👍
 
Time submitted. I'm really looking forward to the next round this track is so boring and i have too much weight and not enough HP.

it says in the format, 'best lap WITH SECTOR TIMES'

if you dont send all the times required, it doesnt count at a submission!

quite a suprising result!

wondering what happenend to make the rx7 so slow :ouch:
 
That wasn't the result I wanted, but meh. I lost all my time in the last sector. :irked:

Great job VTRacing and Soyfu. I really didn't think you could run that fast around here. :mad: :cheers:
 
I think aerodynamics, meaning frontal area, is a big factor at this track. And gearbox compatibility also.

I still say watch out for the RX7. That car is just too good.
 
I really wasn't expecting this result. A 2nd place in this track. I thought the results would be faster. Congrats VT and Soyfu, my new team mate.

And it's also a great result for the newly formed John McClane Racing team. I'm going for the Race with a new breath.

honestly, this round sucks for me. i can´t keep wasting rounds like that if i want a chance in the championship... problem is, its very hard lately to compete with the extra weight, my car is still not adapted to the fat, so now i get:

descent race = more weight = wasted round in the following

congrats to both poles, it will be hard catching VT... and since he already leads the competition, might be a golden opportunity to put a little gap in the standings...

tire wear is very kind in fuji...

at least i can say that of this stupid track...

Sorry guys, I forgot to put my sector three time in my submission, therefore a DNS for me. No worries, I would have had 6th. place in GT300. Am I still allowed to participate in the race or not?

Well yeah, you being a part-time driver you race when ever you feel like it. So for sure you're allowed to run the race at Fuji. :)
