I think I've found about as much time as there is to find at Midfield. I'm at the point where I can only go faster by sheer lucky chance (now watch hotboi blow my time out of the water :( )

I thought that was Adidas? Oh well. Both are good.

Time in. Pretty happy with it, I think I lost maybe .1 on the last hairpin but apart from that it was pretty solid.

@ZeratulSG: Did you by any chance catch the weather today :sly:. Now you see why we get '4 Seasons in one day'...
 
Time submitted! I think I ran a pretty solid lap, very quick, but I'm itching to see the results before I break out the bubbly. No luck with the MaxDrive tonight, it actually bluescreened my laptop when I inserted it! Now that's what I call crappy hardware :lol:

Yeah, when I was here last year between October and December the weather was pretty constant, but now I understand :)

Well, after about 8 hours of sleep(felt soooo good!), I awoke to try out the DFP... After an hour of getting used to it, and still being half a second off of my previous lap, I picked up the DS2 and immediately came back to my former self, and then proceeded to get a lap that I've been looking for finally. We'll see if I can shave any more off, but it's very likely that this'll be the one to submit...

And Zeratul, yeah, 9 hours isn't too bad, I didn't think it was that bad when I did it, but when I got home I was just TIRED. It's probably because I'm only used to working 7.5 hours a day though. I wish I could work 9 every day though, I need the money!!!

I'm about 35/40km South East of Melbourne, at the foot of the Dandenongs. I suppose you'd almost call it 'the bush'.
 
Man I'd love to see that part of the world, someday I'm going down under, it's always been one of my prime destinations .

Anyway Quali. in , my time sucks!!! I'm just no good at hotlaps, that's why I stopped running the WRS most weeks. Do much better in the long races.

SWEET! I was just looking at the people who I was racing against, and had a feeling IcemanGER would be a good bit up there... Now, I'll just have to start working out a new game plan for the race...

Aye. I was hoping for better than that, but meh. Qualifying isn't my strong point. Thank god we actually race in this series, or I'd be screwed.

Also, grats to hot and Iceman :cheers:, and to SHig. Those points are going to add up. Good job. :)

We now see that in GT300, the RX-7 is slow, and the Subi and Honda are fast. BSTW, Drew, we better step up our game. :ouch: But OMG, the GT300 field is close! 10 cars with-in 1 second of each other. :eek: Eats, you've done good. 👍
 
:crazy: HHmm Noticed all the NXS's are at the bottom and 1.5 seconds behind but very close tegether. Looks like the NXS's will be running together during the race, we are so close in speed. :scared:
 
Aw crap, I'm getting a sinking feeling now. I think I squeezed as much out of my car as I could at this track, something tells me she's not so fast against the rest of the field :nervous:

Generalization they are faster on a Mid-Field like track. Take it in the twists now and check who's in front, not those two.

I'll give that to you, it takes more time to master the NSX's than the other cars. But the potential is there to be fast thrust me. :)

HEHE, we'll see. :D I would assume the Subi would be good here because it's quite loose(at least when I drove it), and to be honest, I've never driven the S2000. Actually, I don't even own it.
 
WhooHoo....Sweet ...and thanks for the flowers. My hard work and stubbornness paid of. I knew the Altezza would be fast and was my biggest fear. Thought Ev4l would beat me by a hair. Good stuff, I'm happy...

I'm very ansious to see the results here ,to find more or less where do I place myself between the fastest guys of the world...

suWHEET! Gonna be hard to live up to my qualifying position in the race though.

Casio and fasj both owned me to T2 only to lose it in the run up the hill. Looks like I lost the plot at the sweeper with all the time I lost to those two guys in the second sector though... I left at least 0.3" out there just in that one part of the track.

Well, let's see what the deal is with this racing thing, shall we?

0.04 From HotBoi at T2 to 0.745 at the line....
