JPEG to PDF

hi guys this may sound really stupid but how can you change pictures from GT5 which are file type JPEG to PDF, so i can post my pics on here

If your worried that the GTPlanet file uploader only doesn't accept JPEG, dont. Just use imageshack to upload the image and then embed it here with the forum code it gives you
