How do i put jumps into my custom tracks?

You need version 1.0.1 or earlier of the Track Path Editor app.
Just put two anchors close to each other. If the anchors are at different height there will be a bump, and the bump seems to be greater the bigger the height difference is.
With 1.0.2 you need to find the right terrain, if you can find an uphill followed immediately by a downhill and place the anchors close to each other you will get a jump. It will be much smaller than what you can do in 1.0.1 though.
