Hmm, Meguiars being the sponsor, does that mean the cars will be extra shiny?

So glad there's more DLC. I love it.

All right, not trying to start a rumor or anything here but have you guys noticed that while in world tour, on the Google Earth style map if you race at Silverstone or Mugello, there are small dim grey dots under both white dots indicating track location?

Look closely, south of England and Italy, small grey dots... could they be potential upcoming locations?:mischievous:

I'm probably wrong though. Wishfull thinking playing with my mind I guess...

Would be cool to get an updated Silverstone in a future DLC. As for the next car pack, I'll jump on the "extra shiny" bandwagon.:sly:

You are wrong sir. Those are locations already in the game.

South of England are the countries Spain and France. France has Lemans and Spain has Camino Viejo and Catalunya.

Additionally, as per the XBox Live marketplace description for the recently released VIP membership:

"Forza Motorsport 4 VIP members will receive five (5) Limited Collector’s Edition cars: 2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, 2011 Ferrari 458 Challenge, 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera, 2010 Noble M600, and the 2011 RUF Rt 12 R. Members also receive special gift cars from Turn 10, access to exclusive events, in-game VIP designation, and expanded storefront and media slots. VIP members receive discounts on the Porsche Expansion Pack as well as on eligible new FM4 add-on packs."

A discount would be much appreciated!

"I just have to say that I am especially excited about this Car Pack. Hmmmm, I wonder what that means?

If it's a car pack, I think it will be the usual assortment of Automotive potpourri. Some fast cars, perhaps a dog or two which would be inexplicably fast once built up, and maybe a racer or two...

Written as the above post was presented. :(

Anyone know what this means?

Well, we know John is a big fan of Porsche and there was one in particular that was a part of the Porsche DLC promo video (in that part that was stock Porsche footage) that didn't make it into the pack ... the 991.

I'm not saying that's what I would pick; but, knowing John's background, he does favor the Porsches.

Quick! Someone go through John's articles and find out what cars hes owned before! :P

Edit:

Here are some of the rides John has owned before:

- 1978 Porsche 911 SC
- VW Karmann Ghia?
- 1967 Rover TC2000 P6
- 1977 Ford F-250
- 7-series BMW
- 1979 Mazda RX-7

^ Add to that the 908/3 and I'd be stuck to my Xbox.

I don't really care what cars they add because I always find one which I really like when I had low expectations for it. I'd guess they will try and drag out all the popular cars over a few packs to keep the people less interested in cars (probably the wrong words) buying the DLC because they usually aren't as interested in the classics and slower cars.

:guilty:Sorry, my limited English language skills are to be blamed here. What I meant to say is that on the World Tour map, if you look a little bit south of Silverstone inside the physical frontiers of England you can see a small grey dot there. The same for Mugello in Italy. Check for yourself.:):)

I heard it was going to be a Kei-Car ONLY pack with a new G-Class division from 0 - 99 PI.

Strangely if it contained the Mazda Autozam AZ-1 I would be quite happy with that.

The guy on FM.net has been dropping clues. I mentioned a '32 Ford in an earlier page and he hinted that the type of car was right, just out on the year, but it is definitely pre-WWII and obviously is fendered and not open wheel.

He also said two other posters were close with their suggestions of RUF Yellowbird and air cooled VW. A fourth car was also mentioned explicitly in the thread, but he wouldn't divulge which one.

Sigh......The ruf is cool but it's way too soon with the Porsche pack just being released. Same deal with the VW.
