Well, I was looking down at the "who's online" thing at the bottom of the main page, and I couldn't help but notice that PunkRock had a plus sign next to his name. I looked at all the other members, even the moderators, and yet he's still the only one with the plus. Could someone clue me in as to why he has a plus? I'm feeling left out...

EDIT: just looked again and SS2 has the plus sign as well...

First off It's Jpec, I thought I cleared that up with everyone last night...


Second he's on my buddy list from back when I was involved in the Weekly PSCs. To tell the truth that's about the extent of my knowledge of why he's on there (I have yet to remove someone from my buddy list).

EDIT: you do know that every time you call me jspec you're actually referring to this guy:

You know, Jspec, it's interesting. You don't get sarcasm - at all. In fact, I haven't once seen you respond properly to even the most obvious, clear instances of sarcasm. That IM conversation you had that served as the basis for your Rumble Strip thread was a joke on his part - that much is extremely obvious to every single person who read it, aside, of course, yourself. And the only reason I or anyone calls you Jspec is because it annoys you and because you don't seem to understand we're kidding. Calm down man and give it up - maybe your "buddy" PunkRock can "help you out" here.

He hit his 25th in the series opener. I don't even want to see the box score to the second game of the series. I didn't see the game, but someone told me the Red Sox lost. I'm betting that Thome his 7 home runs. It's the only logical explanation.

Yeah, they lost pretty badly. And now the Red Sox have some competition named Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay and Ken Jennings are very similar: they've both got huge, unprecidented winning streaks.
