So about 2 hours ago I joined a room that said pro racers only. All of these guys were serious about racing, minus a few n00bs who would join in occasionally. Every race was voted on for course, as well each was set to a certain PP level.

Wish I could find more rooms like this :)

I had one where we had to follow the EU road rules, had the occasional race and had some fun. I wish there were more like this.

Most rooms I join are like this, I am just picky when finding servers, it's not that rare

I created a Formula GT lobby of 5 laps @ Nurburg GP, and the Racing was Unbelievebly close! I had constantly juggled 1st and 2nd with another, very good driver. If only more people had the FGT:dunce:

alot of people do have the FGT, but from what Ive seen I lot of people HATE the FGT

I just had some of the best shuffle racing action tonight, with a few mature GT Planet racers. We had damage on heavy, penalties off, racing on all weather tracks (sometimes raining, sometimes not), The Ring 24h at dusk with mist/rain, & no one damaged my car, everybody stuck to the OLR, EPIC! Had a 5 way battle on Le Mans for 3 laps too, it was simply awesome!

Had a few bad drivers turn up throughout the night, & they were swiftly despatched using the kick function. How I dreamed of such a thing when racing online in Prologue, & now I have it, MWUHAHAHAHAAA!

Look for some Japanese races...most of the time they are serious

Here is my opinion on Japanese racers, they are great at driving, but they are too aggressive. They will really squeeze in to get in front. I have been thrown onto the railings countless times as they dont like to follow he racing line. They are very good at contolling their car, but just too aggressive.

that is pure, freshly harvested, 100% BS! I race with Japanese drivers every day because of the timezone i'm in. they are not nearly as aggressive as american drivers are.

Actually, they are very fair, and ALWAYS apologise if contact is made. on the other hand, North American drivers are consistently rude, loud and obnoxious on the mic, and usually worse with their driving habits. the rare few good drivers that deserve respect usually get rammed off the road by idiots too. these bad drivers will blame others for being aggressive, even after being *seen* by other drivers to do pit-maneuvers.

move motorsports had a room open like this last night, i joined expecting respectable competition and was rammed off the road blatantly by some guy who really loved the sound of his own voice. I passed his new bling Chev in an old KPGC110 Skyline so I can understand if he was crying.

You give us too much credit. That's not "sorry" we're saying. :sly:

I would'nt know. Everytime I enter a Japanese room I get kicked for no reason usually before I even start my warmup lap

don't enter a room with フレンド and のみ in the title that means friends only
if you can't read the rules it can be difficult :)
many .jp rooms are for japanese cars only (words like: 日本 車 のみ)

i am actually japanese, i speak it too...so most of the time they will be nice to me and they talk **** about us americans alot but the racing is always fair for me (maybe because im japanese?)

Lots of people have an FGT and take them seriously too. Check out the FGT championship 2011, strictly fair drivers, same time every week :)

I often race with a private group, but yest when I do venture to the public lobbies I look for Japanese rooms. From my experience they are clean and fast, and show lots of respect. It is a cultural thing.
