They weren't there when the boutique was debuted. Granted, I haven't checked it out in over a month, and didn't see anything on their homepage or here, so I thought I'd spread the good word.

I just assumed the DLC was a given. Can't wait for it, and hopefully we'll get the FR-S and GT Driver's Club soon.
