Done :D Does this mean I'm a part owner now? :p

:lol::lol::lol:

Jordan, I do not have a credit card. Is there any other way I could donate to the site? And another question, how much is it currently to buy shares of GTP? :lol:

Do you have a PayPal account? They have several different methods other than credit cards. I'm actually not sure about the current price of our stock, but you already missed the time to buy...our thongs have been available for nearly a week now! :p

Nope, no PayPal account either. When could have I bought stock? Is any current owner willing to sell to me--it could be only one share, though I might like more if you would be willing to part with more and if the price was right??? Thongs? Sweet! I have been wanting one of those forever. :scared: :scared: :scared:

I was only joking about the stock! :p If you don't have access to a credit card, or those eChecks from PayPal, I'm afraid there is really no way donate to the site. If you do think you will want to upgrade to GTPremium sometime in the future, though, you will need to have a credit card so that is something that you might want to look into. :)

I'm still thinking about going GTPremium. But I need my own credit card to do that. Nor am I old to even get one. But if i'm on GTP and I get one, the first I'll do is go GTPremium. :D

First I buy a $20 mug, then daan donates to the cause... You've extracted money from a Yorkshireman and a Scotsman... What miracles will you perform tomorrow? :D

Best answer I can think of is "Coming Soon (details to be announced)!".

GTPremium will be a subscription service that gives you access to extra features for a small monthly fee. More information will be released about it later. :)

Hmmm.... Sounds pretty good, as long as you don't subtract any current features, from non GTPremium subscribers....

An update to the post above, my order has been changed and we now have a Dual Opteron server, with all the same other specs, on the way. :)

Allow me to quote :

Anand Lal Shimpi
The comparison we've made here is a very important one; it identifies Intel's strengths and their weaknesses with Xeon, and it crowns Opteron a clear multiprocessor winner. An area that we didn't touch on is cost, which is where AMD truly shines. The Opteron 848 processors we tested are around 1/2 the price of Intel's 2MB L3 Xeon MPs and we have not seen retail data on how expensive the 4MB parts will be.

Cheers Jordan - You've chosen wisely 👍

*snickers* :D
