Just realized how good GT4 looks

I'd just pre ordered my Xbox360 and had been watching the PGR3 HD vid over and over.. yeah I know (I am a geek)

Well anyways, all this PGR3 got me craving some speed so I popped in GT4 expecting it to look like ps1 did to ps2 when compared with PGR3. BUT WOW, I was amazed by how great GT4 looks.

The speed the excitement of going through the ring is amazing, especially when keeping it clean, breaking for the slow ass 5th place car.

I love gt4, truly a classic that I will probably play till 2007 when GT5 comes out. 👍
 
Haha, That 5th place car always gets in your way, especially when you try to pass them without hitting them.
 
Indeed, it's amazing how little attention most of us pay to the graphics when we're racing hard... but go back a while later and have a non-serious fling around, and it's pretty cool what you didn't notice the last time around... on any track.
 
It took you long enough. :lol: Go play GT2 or any other racing game for PSX made in the late '90's.

Horses in Midfield???? Come on now, they aren't that good.
 
I saw cows at Midfield. They're up on a hill to the left of the first chicane if you're going forwards. They also have outhouses around the track. But yes, cows...mooooo!

I dont think you will see the leap in graphics that was seen from last gen to this gen. Then again, compare launch title to launch title is a bit fairer.
I.E look at Ridge Racer compared to some of the last games to be relased on the PS1. Quite a big difference. So to be fair you would need to compare GT4 to games launched at the end of 360 & PS3 lifespan and see what the difference is.

But I dont think the leap this time will be quite as much.
