i got the slide card and kaido battle 2, i really like kaido battle and i was going to get battle gear, but my funds ran short. anyway i think that kaido and the slidecard is the best way to go if you like genki racing games and want to play japanese games. you know that japan will come out with bigger and better games that your ntsc usa ps2 will not let you play. so i would either get a jspec ps2 or the slidecard, depends on how much you want to spend.

around june... american verion of kaido battle is coming out.... it's called Drift Racer: Kaido Battle
