Kart Track (City, Sienna?)

Does anybody know where this Track is?

All the other Kart Tracks are so ugly and i was really excited about this one but it seems like its not avaible

Never made it in by the looks of it. PD copied the same track layout of a horse race I believe, which some people didn't like to much.

The town of Siena complained, it was assumed only the flags were the offending parts of the track, it appears that the whole thing was or that removing the flags proved more troublesome than previously thought.

It was probably part of the Grand Tour special event.
