I'm torn on this game....
I think it's a great game and is enjoyable to play with a decent amount of content. Could there have been more at launch? Definitely.
I think the free monthly updates are good but far from ideal because if I can complete the new events and buy all the cars within an evening, there's nothing to really keep me coming back to the game.
The Multiplayer mode is more enjoyable than Sport mode as others have said because doing the same 3 races over and over during the week is stupid.
I've put in more than 350 hours into this game so it's not fair to put GT7 down because I struggle to think of any game that would keep me entertained/interested at this point....just my two cents.
