Dude, you have to start using smaller images, or at least crop them of unneeded parts...

It'd help if I had a decent gif animator. The best one I had was Ulead, but the trial ran out.

I have animation shop 3 (full version) but I'm not into making avatars as much as I was before when I had the trial version.

The one that comes with PSP7 is the full.

Yep, that's right

I downloaded psp7 (full version) off over kazaa and it came with animation shop 3 (full version) which is a bit of a bargain

BTW, the download took about 2 hours, 30 meg it was

I have loads of ideas for avatars but they won't be my avatars for a while to come...but I can make people some! I use a program called NeoPaint. It lets you do lots of things and the trial is supposed to be only 30 days but I'm waaay over 30...*cough*200*cough*

So if you want an avatar just PM me or e-mail me and tell me wat you want it to look like.

You don't need a fancy program to crop...you could do it in Paint!
