Personally i like the Honda Beat, the MR layout makes it feel like a miniature NSX, all you need is semi race flywheel so it revs quicker and maybe a stage 1-2 NA engine upgrade to add bite.

C - Suzuki Cappuccino

This one. Or more specifically, the 1995 model (EA21R).

Now, obviously the race-modded Cappuccino would be better, but I'm assuming that you are talking about the stock versions.
