Would anyone here know if there are any glitches within the game, Gran Turismo 5? My problem is that I thought I had won the "Colorful" trophy, which is to collect 256 colors, but the trophy never came in.
I have heard that you receive the gold chrome or chrome paint when you gold all the karting events, but I never got it. I received the gold chrome a little while ago, but it wasn't for the karts.

I'm going to check actually. I don't remember if I got a paint chip or not, but I heard somewhere about the chrome paint chip from winning all three special karting events. I'll probably end up editing this post after I find out I'm wrong.

As I see, I'm wrong. I have a quick question though. Is it every time the cars go up another 30, or every time the number continues increasing by 30? I mean, if I were to buy 30 cars for a certain paint, and then give them to people who want them or sell them, then buy another 30, would I get another chip?

No. You get a chip everytime you have 30 cars in your garage - 30, 60, 90 and so on. So let's say you have 65 cars in your garage, and you sell 8, then the next time you get a car will be after buying 33 cars without selling anyone - and it can't be exploited ;-) .

No Niko, you got it wrong. For every 10, you get a horn. For every 30th car, you get a random matte OR gold/silver chrome. Sorry, didn't mean for that to sound so harsh, lol.
Actually it does. We aren't actually talking about pain items. We're talking about glitches. I reached 257 paint items and the "Colorful" trophy did not pop up. Funny thing, I reached 265, selected "special events", and the trophy immediately came up.
Well, I just wanted to talk about the problem I encountered. I don't really need this thread anymore. You guys can have it if you want, I don't mind. Feel free to send a friend request. I don't mind, I mostly play to win trophies. Not nearly the car enthusiast some other people are, but if you want to show me some stuff, you know, like car photography, you are welcome provided that I accept you.
I encountered another problem and this one seems more frustrating than the Colorful trophy.
I raised one of my b-spec driver's experience level to level 40 expecting to get the "The Air of Experience" trophy, but it never came up. My driver is just sitting there at level 40 and there is no trophy saying that he got there.
I got the Expert Manager trophy, but why won't this other trophy pop out?

Well, they seem to have fixed a lot of the glitches I know about, although a few new ones have popped up.
