I saw this car on a TopGear Mpeg recently and I can't understand why it has been given such little attention. According to Clarkson, it felt faster than the McClaren F1 when he drove it, out-paced the Zonda in a topspeed run and has a sub 3.5 sec 0-60mph time.

This car is actually, if I'm not mistake faster than the McLaren F1. But since it's not a real production vehicle the way McLaren was, Koenigsegg CC cannot claim the world's fastest road car title.

I love this car... very beautiful, and fast!
 
it doesnt look as good as Zonda or Mclaren but it's faster.Damn this thing is so small i could probably jump over it.
 
I've seen one in real life, and they're certainly very smart. If I were in the market for a £300k vehicle, I would definitely be checking it out.
 
Wait until you see the doors opening. Not for Koeniggsegg the boring old gullwing or scissors... :D

great car, love it to bits didnt clarkson also say that it was lighter, more aerodynamic and more powerful than a mclaren F1?
 
Koenigsegg was recently put up against Enzo and Zonda in an EVO article. someone should scan that.
also, the doors are called dihedral synchro helix actuation doors
 
Even better than the doors, the car has a removable centre roof panel. And you can take it off and put it under the bonnet (hood).

Yes. It was called a joke. He was saying that the only notable thing Australia ever invented was the rotary washing line...

If you didn't notice, he liked the Monaro.
