Kuro display settings

I've been messing with the settings on my 8G Kuro plasma tv for GT6. Very happy now so I thought I'd share them. These are for a normal lit livingroom. Settings not listed are default/off.

[Edit again: new favorite settings]

In game
- brightness: +0.1
- mode: sharpen

AV Selection: Game (Option game control pref: On)
Contrast 35
Brightness +1
Colour -4
Sharpness +1

Intelligent mode: Off
Gamma 2
Colour Temp: Manual B High +3
CTI: Off
Colour Space 1

Drive Mode 2
Power Save mode 2

If anyone want's to try them please let me know what you think.

I'm not looking for a calibrated reference picture when gaming, just something that looks good.

I feel GT6 looks better with a slightly brighter picture with more colour compared to watching tv.

It's more about fun and a satisfying experience than about "what the artist intended".

Are we even sure that game graphics are authored to the same standards as movies? Maybe they are created with regular tv settings in mind?
