I have just completed the 200 mile laguna seca race in 2 hours 40 however the race has carried on with the car just driving around the track at 50 mph! It's done this for 20 mins now. What do I do?!

That sounds unlucky. Have you tried pausing it? Or spamming buttons? Once mine was stuck for 5. But not 20. And an ENDURANCE?

I feel sorry for you. :(

When I press start it pauses the game but no menu appears. I've spammed all the buttons as well. It's now on 3:30 which is 1 hour after I have finished. Absolutely ridiculous that after this long PD cannot have a complete game! #rantover

Well mate, I'm sorry to say that you might have to restart the race. But maybe someone can answer your question. Give it time here, and maybe search it on Google.

You never know.

I think so as well. I've searched it all over google and nothing came up :-/. Had to make some scrambled eggs to calm me down :D tempted to just wait for it to run out of fuel and see what happens its not far off now. Thanks for your help anyways mate.

Haha, I'm actually fairly old just never post due to my initial dissapoint in GT5 but have just came back to it recently and it's like a completely different game. Also do you know if head tracking has been implemented into GT mode?

I'm not entirely sure. I think it has, though. Why don't you try it? I would, but I can't be bothered to load up the game.

I've heard something similar to this, maybe it's worth a try?
Sometimes this happens at the end of endurance races if you were connected to PSN (or whatever they're callin it these days) while racing. maybe disconnecting from the web will help.
You may have to restart the race :( hopefully not but if you do, try logging off 1st.

The're called SEN Accounts now, in case you were wondering. Sony Entertainment Network Accounts. Stupid, I know. :dunce:

Sweet bought my PsEye just for GT5 and used it once! Cheers mate.

Just tried it and came to no avail :-( thanks for trying to help though. Only got a mm of fuel left so should go kaput soon :-D.

I doubt anything spectacular will happen when the car runs out of fuel, seeing as cars are usually capped to 50mph when out of fuel anyway.
