The real track is being updated as we speak. Mainly the entrance bridge is receiving a huge replacement. The surrounding areas near it are also changing. Do you think they'll update it here or wait until the next GT game?

Honestly doubt they'll bother updating it in GT7 since it'd take them going back to the location and scanning the place again, then more artists will be focusing on making the changes instead of making more new content. And I'd much rather have more overall content over an updated Laguna Seca

Don't count on any changes whatsoever until at least two years after they're implemented. Barcelona's Turn 10 was remodelled in 2021 - a relatively simple change, as they go - and it hasn't changed in-game yet.

The race control building at Interlagos was recently demolished and rebuilt to modern standards, but GT7 launched with the same model used in GT Sport. In my opinion it hardly matters, unless of course the real world revisions completely change the atmosphere.
