Thanks Magic Racer.

I just might post two entries in the next round, one for N3 and one with the standard S2.

Will anyone do it too? So that I can have a time to compare to.

I will give N3s a whirl next time out. You can post more then two times if you want, even up to a hundred, but I would take it as a kindness if you didn't do more then say 10 as I have to transcribe every entry to the list. :)

Welcome Aboard Sir_evf! We are getting quite international now. Now if more would join in on the extreme challenge so Boujack84 and I don't have all the fun.

BH-21, I would suggest that - after the winner has announced the car and track to be used in the new round - you post the deadline of that round. Or, simply, the winner could post it. ;)

Round 5 is over!
Magic Racer had the best time with InvincibleM5 the second best. Magic Racer picks the car and track for Round 6. Please use the following example for the posting when you make it.

Example:
Round 1 (Bold, text size 4)

Fuji Speedway '90s (Normal)

Round 6

wasn't expecting awful understeer in the car. also the circuit is rather boring in "slow" cars like this.

You might want to check your garage or tuning power display in the upper right, cause your a little low.

Good time though.

I did not have one of these in my garage, so I bought a new one. Settings screen HP was 278, a little higher than you guys, probably explains my slightly better time, although there is room for improvement.

We use garage and tuning garage power ratings, not sticker ones or any other place. You should be rated 327 hp if you have the right car. To me it looks like you have listed the sticker hp.

Cutting through the grass or shoulder is a No, No. Especially cutting the cicanes is invalid, to be a vaild time you have to have two tires on the track pavement at all times.

The car isn't slow, but it does understeer pretty badly at some places and at certain time. Also I found out the car is a bit imbalance under heavy braking. I guess my RWD driving is not working with a 4WD car...

Thanks! I will use this method going forward.

I did view my replay twice, verifying my run was in compliance with the stated guidelines. I did keep 2 tires on the pavement, but was outside the striped curbing on one corner.

For background info I do have 80 golds, have 4 100% memory cards, and currently have 107,736 A-Spec points on my most recent run through the game.

Happy Racing!!

Thanks for the resume, but it doesn't impress most of us, and adds zero validity to your time; and with all that experience you didn't use the actual HP rating from either the Car Setup or Garage (and the screens you could have got your HP from would have been 276 not 278). He was just making sure you were observing the rules.

btw- Mr. Experienced 4-100% memory cards, I've hit 1,672 MPH in a Nike One with 0 codes active at the time, now that's impressive. :)

Forgive the grumpiness of the post, but I have wanted to participate for awhile and the gaming stuff is still packed away for a move, that still hasn't happened. Why are landlords such jerks?

I would like to thank all who participated honestly and fairly in this challenge!

This challenge is now closed.
