On PS4 I've set like 7-8 top 75 times and they don't register on the leaderboard, am I doing something wrong or is there some sort of bug/ glitch happening?

Were you in time trial mode? That is the only place your lap times will post from.

Did you check the next day or a few days later? Sometimes it might take a while for your times to register. Also make sure you didn't go off track or hit anything to get your time invalidated.
