I can trade almost all tradable UCD cars with miles (except above)
I can trade all tradable new cars
I have numerous car tickets, and birthday tickets (see mygt link in signature)

Note: my cars are not updated in mygt link, but I have what's listed in it, and as stated above.

I have all but 4 DLC's but what do you mean by painted... And would I lose them if I gift them to you?
 
If you duped the car by backing up the save game before painting the car of my choice (would be a premium anyway) without back up you would use up the paint ;)
 
Not so worried about the paint, but more about the DLC.

What car and what colour?
Unfortunately won't be able to check the paint availability until about 1 hour.

I got most of the cars your after, add me on psn and we can do some trades, there's quite a lot I still need, I got a thread in here with lists, think threads called many cars available and wanted.

any condidtion i would rather take low miles but anything is fine with me.
 
It's green metallic bought from Ucd with 189ks.

But, cannot trade now until after 3 resets, so if you still need it by then, let me know :)
