How do I make layers? I really want to do a semi opaque picture with some real nice backgrounds and cars in it .
But I've tried and tried...and I've also red the so called 'help' in the program (photoshop CS). PLease help me!
Hit F7 to bring up the layers palette. The little button I circled in red creates a new layer and the blue section lowers the opacity (transparency) of the current layer.
