not a box, its totally unofficial, slipped trough the net. you shouldnt be able to have that, as those demos whould have stayed within the band. they are real studio-time demos. no box, no company. and I dont think they can be found in CD. they must be tape carrets. the originals, anyway.

Led Zepplin is a great band. They were coming to Detroit to play in the Silver Dome in front of 80 thousand fans( I had tickets) when their drumer died. I was sooooo down after that. They are the one band I wanted to see that I never did. There is no favorite CD for me. They are all great. They just showed "The Song remains the same" on INHD over the holidays. Almost makes up for missing them live. Not! Their manager is one bad ass dude!

Peter Grant was a son of a ***. he was the only one who could control Bonzo when he was drunk/high. an anecdote tells that in 69, Led was performing in a certain festival in new york, alternating with bands such as Vanilla fudge, ten years after and the jeff beck group. Led zeppelin had just finished playing, and in stage was ten years gone. Bonzo had been drinking, and was now punch-drunk. he was behind the stage when alvin lee, the lightning-fast guitar of Ten years after, was performing one of his vertiginous solos. bonzo grabbed an orange juice galon and splashed it all over Lee, who couldnt stop playing. in seconds, the juice dried, and the guitarrist's fingers became all sticky. he had to finish playing stupidly slow. Bonzo returned to backstage laughing loud. it didnt stop there. Jeff beck was now on stage when bonzo showed up again, even more drunk. beck checked him out. he had no orange juice. phew. but it wasn't that good. this time bonzo entered the stage and asked Beck's drummer if he could play. the young dude didnt dared to contradict bonzo and he let him play. at first, bonzo played along Beck's song, but soon he began to play by his side. Beck's dudes stoped and Bonzo played one of his vertiginous solos. the public, of course, went nuts. he finished the solo, thanked, and then began to get naked and jumping on stage. the risk that the police entered the stage and arrested him was imminent. but before the police, in came a furious peter grant, who grabbed bonzo and his clothes and got him to his room. there, he insulted, threatened him with a knife, and swore to kick him out of led zeppelin if he did something like that again, and if he didnt get dressed before the police came. Bonzo just had to obbey, seeing how furious Grant was, and how capable he was of fulfilling his threat. Bonzo never made such stuff again, even being drunk. that was the power of peter grant. and the whole anecdote is just cool :D
