Hi everyone. i was just wondering how people get together to take photos with each other online. How does it work?

I wouldn't mind having a go at it later tonight with anyone who is interested. đź‘Ť

You just join in a lobby with that person (or people), start a race (then during the race you make all the stuff you want) and when the race finish you save it.

After this you go to the replay section, click reproduce and start to shoot :)

ah, that easy hey. If i wanted to start it would i need to creat a new room online?
 
You can go to any online lobby if you want to... but to make a proper shooting session (by this I mean, not only racing but make some original shots, positioning the cars in different composition styles, etc) I recomend you to do it in a private lobby with someone that knows the propuse of it.

Send me a PSN friend request (KiroKai) if you like, I still host photoshoots every second or third evening, got lots of friends who are experienced with these, you'll enjoy it! And I'll enjoy your epic photos you might get from our photoshoots. I love your work. :p

I usually pick realistic scenery themes, like, have 6-10 traffic cars (depends how many people are in the lobby) in daily driver vehicles, and one 'special' supercar in between, to create some realistic situation photos. But I'm open to suggestions as well, if you got any. :)

Might be abit late then mate, ill be going to bed before midnight GMT. But sure, ill FR you later, we could sort something out another time. no rush đź‘Ť

Will do. Not got a headset. I'll have to interact by mini bluetooth keyboard! haha Oh the shame! :guilty:

If nothing comes of it tonight there will be plenty of opportunities another time.

Yeah tonight's not the gonna happen. I'm pretty tired. No rush though, we'll arrange something for another time. I've created a new Lobby, It's called 'Team Awesome' so when we're all online with hopefully a few more of us it should be fun if i can figure out how to share my Lobby room thing with you all! đź‘Ť

the best way i figured out is if you have all the people who want to join the photoshoot in your friends list , so the only thing they have to do is go to " start gt5 :P /-> community / -> click " coffeee cup " if it is yellow the lobby is already open .

if you have an open lobby any one can join and some of the people are just stupid and they are going to ruin everything , thats why i always used the private lobby system .

Haha, there is always an idiot! Do i have to create a lobby in the usual online server or do it through Coffee Cup? (i'm so thick!)

if you are on the main screen on gt5 , you see left down a button for " settings " -> server " lobby "settings , if you open this up you can set the maximum of slots aviable and server quality , voice quality, race track "time - wheater " , lobby name and so on , if you finish this you can go to commuinty " coffee" cup :D and your private lobby is ready
