Decided to get the Pennzoil Nissan and drove both on Le Mans WTC 700 this morning.

Won in the Nissan by about 50 seconds. Weather helped. FM3 or 4 pitting once for IMs after lap 3. Heavy rain helped me pass the field. Stayed out on IMs until the end.

Came in third with the Supra, battling Haywood tooth and nail the last two laps for that third spot. FM3 one stop pitting after lap 4. Took IMs hoping for heavier rain. With light rain I couldn't catch McEwan and Portillo. FM1 the last three laps.

Nice cars, both easy to drive. A little slow top speed for Le Mans...
My GTR gets to 270 km/h on the straights, which is good enough. Surprised about FM3, I can get 3.1 laps on FM1 with slightly adjusted Exeter tune. Are you running the normal turbo and gearbox?

The Kokusai should be the next car available since the Audi S1 already appeared during the 2nd cycle.
There's potentially the Camero and Alpine to come first - though who knows, PD have sprung a few surprises on rotation this time around...

Haven't done le mans in months. But since both tokyo and le mans have long straights in common, I supose the some settings should sufice.

Countach LCD

Suspension:
Height*****
Anti roll bar 10/4
Compression 38/34
Expansion 45/46
Frequency 2.90/2.95
Camber 3.0/2.5
Toe 0.10 left/0.20 right

Lsd:
Initial 0/20
Aceleration 0/10
Brake 0/20

Transmission
Final gear about 350 or 360 should do.

In the suspension height I usually put the front higher than the rear because that susbstantially lowers the PP, then I can put those PP to hp or to lower ballast weight, but that will increase the understeer. If you, at full hp are going above 700pp, tinker with the suspension height. The lower the rear height and higher the front height are, the bigger the PP drops. So tinker with that until you get below 700pp.

If you are having trouble with tailspin try adding 200kg ballast positioned 50 to the rear and brake balance 5 to the rear. That will slightly mitigate the tailspin. But since you are using racing tyres in le mans (you usually use sports tyres on tokyo), the extra grip will probably help out. Tcs will also be your friend here.

Another thing not to forget is the more hp you have, the faster your fuel will drain. If your fuel is draining too fast (even in fm6), try lowering the hp slightly (and correcting that in the suspension height as well to get to 700pp).

Final thing: LCD countach brakes are shaite on sports tyres. I dont know the impact of going racing tyres, but it might be a good ideia to early brake.
I don't know what kind of witchcraft this is but the car is a beast. Did one pit stop after four laps running FM4. Car was doing 200 on the straights and keeping up. Went FM1 last two laps and won by 40 seconds. I did reduce weight a couple times. Didn't need much ballast...

There is a bugged, blank LCD entry right now. It will deduct you money if you buy it, but you'll get nothing from it.

EDIT: Seems it's gone now, or only for certain players.

EDIT 2: Buying it means it registers as being owned - so maybe it uses ID of an unreleased LCD car, or could be it referring to a placeholder/invalid data?

Well racing tyres are a hell of a performance booster.

So the Lamborghini Miura dropped june 6th, while i was on holiday.
Am i correct that this will pop up in the next couple of days, or will it take longer?

True but so many other cars at 700PP are doing only around 170 mph on the straights. Over 200 is a game changer. It's why I'm starting to love the Lamborghini as well as the Ferrari road cars too...

Honestly it seems somewhat random lately. If you go to the first page of this thread there's a listing in the first post (last one I think) that shows the order and dates of the first drops. It's roughly following that but not exactly...

Got a while to go till it shows up again, sometime in August. The second rotation has had slight variations but for the most part it has mimiced the first rotation. You can find the order of release on page 72 of this thread.

Try the 4WD lamborghini's. They are beasts, all of them.

Does that basically mean all Lamborghinis in Brand Central? I've won Le Mans with the Hurracan Gr. 3 car and I know the Gr. 4 is good.

I just test drove the Murcielago LP640 ’09 road car and it's a rocket ship! I can get three laps out of it and know I could win with it.

I have an invite for the Veneno ’14. Worth it?

I was refering to the road cars. But I supose the gr3 and gr4 ones are fine aswell.
My best car for tokyo (ignoring the exploit tune chaparal 2j that does a 2:04.xxx lap) is the lamborghini aventador sv, that did me a 2:06.xxx lap. And the normal aventador, murcielago, huracan and veneno are not far behind with 2:07.xxx and 2:08.xxx laps. Just for comparison the lcd countach best lap was 2:11.xxx.
I dont know how things go in le mans (specificly in terms of fuel economy) but in tokyo the veneno is great. An AWD/NA car is about the best you can have in there. I believe it will do fine in le mans

Yeah the road cars are beasts. I'm just starting to run road cars at Le Mans (started with Ferraris) and love the power!

It's due around 24th August but as others have said, the orders are being messed with a bit recently. Rule of thumb though is 74 days for a rotation

Doubt the blank car had anything to do with a DLC car. They just botched removing the featured cars and left behind a blank entry.

For the car coming tomorrow, these are some of possibilities from the list:

Audi Sport quattro S1
Mclaren F1 GTR Kokusai Kaihatsu gr3
Jeep Willys MB
Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe
Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta passo corto
Aston Martin DB5
Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2 Carrozzata da Zagato
Nissan Fairlady Z (S30) Z432
Toyota Supra GT500 gr3
Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI gr4

There is also the possibility for the Alpine race car that skipped weeks ago when it was suposed to come out.

That feeling when you go to the dealership and there's nothing new there... 😬
Me too! I never planned on collecting everything but the roulette bonanza a couple weeks ago gave me such a head start that I decided to fill in all the gaps. I’m down to about 13 left I think!!! It’s weird looking at all three dealerships and owning everything offered!
I'm just waiting for the shelby Daytona coupe and I'm done with LCD
And this is one of the thirteen I have left to get. It may be the most expensive of what remains for me, but I’ve got quite a nest egg saved up from the (cough cough) roulette.
