He meant the sale price (car valuation service) not the purchase price.
Which is what I described. The car valuation service uses a pseudo-random range that is a fraction of the purchase price, and that range gets adjusted when the purchase price does. Case in point - the Ferrari 330 P4, which went from getting one somewhere around 4.5 million Cr. just before the September update to getting someone around 10 million Cr. by late October because its purchase price went from 9.7 million Cr. to 20 million Cr.

I am waiting for GT40 Mark I '66....

Ahhh, I get you. Understood!

The Nissan R92CP 1992 is up for sale

Miles - 516

Price - 2M
I wasn't convinced with this car as it seemingly only raced in Japan against limited opposition. No World Sports car, Le Mans etc.

But after watching this video it seems like too much of a beast to turn down.

Wait, wasn’t the GT40 sold out like a week ago, if even that?

The R92CP, (along with the other Group C cars), is worth every penny.

Yeah pretty much guaranteed wins in ok drivers hands on all the big paying races... apart from Tokyo of course.

Fuel consumption in particular makes it canter.

That was a special pick that seems to have no effect on the 12-week rotation

959 is back for.. some weird reason
Why is it weird? special picks are outside the normal rotation. Which is why a car that sold out last week can appear again as a special pick a week later.

Dow anyone know if the 356 Speedster is ever available in colours other than the burgundy it is currently on sale in? Particularly, what the colour is used in the music rally is?

Is it only me that this page is not working properly anymore? It's a blank page under that first sentences.

I finally decided to pick up the Ferrari GTO.

Yep, it's freaking beautiful.
Yeh i got it yesterday too (and the Miura). Not had chance to give it a proper spin yet, just a quick stint on the European Clubman 600 at Brands Hatch. It’s a bit slidey on the handling, but that’s on the CS tyres it comes with so sports tyres might cure that. If not, it’s gonna take a bit of getting used to! The Miura on the other hand, my god, it’s MAD! Even with sports tyres (medium) I dunno whether to try and tune it to tame it or just try to enjoy it as is, taking corners like a grandma!

Put the reaar wing on the Miura and many problems are solved...

Heresy! A monstrous thought! No wing should defile that car, it's perfect.
While there are cars where I will never put the rear wing on(like the E-Tpe for example), I quite like the looks of the Miura with the rear wing...

Never had enough for that 60ies Alfa in GTS so added it to my garage today 🤗

Hi everyone ! With some recent post (some above) I had a thought about car valuation. Well I don’t know if the thing has been discussed or come to mind to anyone but : is there a way that with the increasing of value of some UCD cars the used car « sell » option could be leveraged?

Does the final selling price could get over the initial bought value givent enough time?

My feeling is that hoarding a « sure shot » car model could end in a profit.
But realistically we start from too low a value even considering a long run of 3-4 years.

Would it be a fair bet?
