A better bet would be to just use PP, as some cars (like my CIVIC 1500 3door 25i '83) are below 850 KG, and I actually had to add some weight to meet PP, even with only 95hp:guilty:

HP, Weight, and PP are restricted. You can use the Ballast and Power Limiter.

At this point, I am delaying the qualifier indefinitely. With only a handful of sign ups I cannot start the series. Once we get a boat floating we may decide a date. This will be on a Wedneday, however.
 
I'm up for racing some crap-cans whenever you can get a series running.
