If by stolen you mean I posted it there, too, then yes. The last time I checked, there are no rules against that.
So the Codies forum users haven't all commited suicide yet?
Shame.
so let me get this right .
you don't own the game but you still want to moan about it . jeez
Let's face it, we've all been Crammond'd.
For any of you who remember eagerly awaiting Grand Prix 4, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
I wasn't really intrested in this game...
F1/Nascar/etc X games dwindle anyway so...
Never heard of it. See what i mean?Papyrus' Nascar 2003 would like to have a word with you.
I remember equally awaiting GP2!!...which seemed to take as long as GT5 at the time!!
Never got to GP4 though, was it bad? As im guessing as that is whats being hinted at here, Though for me F1 2010 on the Xbox 360 with no assists, Legend AI, fuel and tyre sim On full weekends, (the way it should be played if you dont want to feel cheated IMO) with 100% race distances and a properly set Fanatec wheel is providing a pretty good Simish Game, though im only through the first full race weekend with some time trial and online for fun.
So far sure ive witnessed some poor design choices, which when i think about it are probably mostly due to the limited engine it runs on, and it being Codies first attempt at this, but overall im finding it a thrill, and all in all im having as much Fun with this game as i did with the Microprose series 1 to 3, if i want more Sim then ill hop back to Iracing, but at the moment im having Loads of Fun with it, and for all its faults it has bags more atmosphere than Iracing.
Never heard of it. See what i mean?
You don't even hear about these games a few months after release.
Either the game is crap or severly underrated.
The codemasters forum users are an embarrassment to gamers all over the world.
I've never seen such a lack of respect towards developers. They are a ****ing disgrace.
The puncture bug is clearly related to how much you go off track onto gravel, and how much do you abuse the rumble strips. One may argue about the "sensitivity" of the tires in game to these situations, but they are definetively related. It's possible and common to do a full race weekend without a single puncture.
Punctures seem to be related to how you drive although as bullie says this might be overdone. As for races being scripted i can't see any evidence of that, all i see is the car i'm currently battling with the a.i is really good and puts up a proper fight (even better than ssv8nc).
This is 100 percent incorrect, sorry.
Four separate times, I have received a tire puncture while sitting in the garage, waiting to go out.
I changed tire compounds, hear the pop/his, and then went down the pitlane. The very split-second I was in control of the car after the pit-out line, the engineer said "your left front tire is punctured." This happened to me four times. Four separate races.
So, it has nothing to do with how you drive in this game, and it has everything to do with code that randomly generates punctures.
