Level 23

I'm stuck at 22 I have got gold in like every event (except into the wind)but not enough to get to 23, HELP!

Just grind on high-payed-for-XP events or do the Seasonal Events.

You really, really, need to gold Like the Wind if you haven't already done so. Use a Corvette ZR1 RM (with the correct settings - a quick search should give you these) and win the Milnolta off that event. Then grind it up to the next level - shouldn't take you too long in practice, since the Indy Oval LTW event takes about 3-4mins each time.

This gets asked an awful lot...basically, it's a 'wierd' thing in the game, where PD have decided to let you 'unlock' the FGT championship at lev23....but you haven't really, because as you have correctly said, you need to be Lev24 to buy one lol!

My advice...grind American Championship (should have unlocked that now at lev23?) at Indy with your ZR1 RM like never before You earn 120,000c every time you win it, so it shouldn't take you too long to earn the money and exp that you need for lev 24. But, if you have an X1 through trading, go for Like The Wind because you can blast round the track in double-quick time and earn cash and exp! Just about what cars you have.

Hope that helps. Once you get to lev 24, it's not too hard. Dream Car Champ is very easy in reality.

Have you done all the seasonal events too? they offer a massive amount of XP/Credits ... sadly they can only be done once though!

Special Events, Seasonal Events, completing both will give you nice exp. Seasonal is bulk exp for lower levels, and special is decent exp, most are easy to gold, but its more of the fun challenge part to keep you interested. I honestly disagree with how the game was set up, shouldnt have to grind races over and over, but, thats the way it is, good luck when you hit the Enduros

Seasonal Events, Special Events, even license test, try golding them. Even go the old fashion way and grind it out in some high exp. paying races.

Yeah, the seasonal events are a good way of earning money, although you only get it once of course, so be careful how much money you spend tuning the car you will use on them.
