What level are your bob's? I don't know myself as my drivers are all level 40 but I've seen people say they have done it with much lower level bob's

Try 25 and 0. Ish...

25 should work just fine. It took some patience, but my level 21 nailed both b-specs in a Diablo and 2J, respectively.

Despite that, if you still want to level your BoBs up either way, maybe you should try to use these grinding services from Ch1potle and Duck.

I did suspect a level 25 driver could win it with the correct car but without trying it myself didn't want to say yes for him to spend hours trying it and fail!

Level up with the Spa event. I started off at Level 0, did one remote race, then hit Spa, yesterday he won Sarthe at level 35.

The B-spec seasonal event, expert. For Spa, use the Nomad Diablo. For La Sarthe, use a 2J. I have both set online to borrow right if you need to. FR Rayzah and you are more than welcome to borrow them. Sport softs on both cars will yield no pits and certain victory.
