Licence Pass Music?

There are three different license pass musics, but I can't find either of them. You're probably talking about the gold music right? That definitely sounds the coolest out of the three. And don't forget the failing music (it's on the soundtrack too). That's pretty cool, but gets annoying after a while.

Isn't the Gold music the music from 2001? Which is actually a tiny part of "Thus Spake Zarathrustra" by Richard Strauss

About the music in the PAL version, it's supposed to have all the tracks of the USA and JPN versions, plus new tracks exclusive to the PAL version. I can find the USA tracks but some tracks from the JPN list aren't in the PAL version, namely 7 tracks by "Masahiro Andoh". Anyone else notice this?
