But the actual damage itself works the same way. It's very difficult to drive with almost any level of rear-wheel damage. You just have to ride it out and be careful until it goes away... and then don't do it again.
Actual dents and bent spoilers do make your car drive strange. Even if there is no red damage icon on your indicator.
I learned this grinding Indy with my ford gt LM. If you hit a wall and bend the spoiler, the car can't reach it's top speed anymore. Believe me I've done 12,000 miles there grinding before money was easy to get.
Also if nsx rm gets hit in the front it will not drive correct until you restart. Pitting doesnt help.
