Limit to cars in garage?

Hello all my first thread .
I searched and couldn't find the answer.
Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of cars you can have in your garage? With limited number of tune settings per car I have been buying multiple amounts of my favourite cars in different colours to up the amount of tunes you can have per car. I use a small notebook to keep track of which tune is which. So far I own all the cars and about four doubled up.

Hi gundalini, congratulations for your first thread here, it's a good answer (in fact it's one of those answers that I always make myself on the first hours I bought each GT).

I've read on the manual that there's a limit, and this limit is: 96 cars (at least that's what my PAL manual says)

Take care of those configs, because if I remember well... you could lose replays & car configs. while updating GT5P normally..

Thanks for taking the time to answer and the advice. I should have said in my first post that I don't have my copy of the game at the moment(my nephew has it on loan, get it back tomorrow).
