List of cars that have hood/bonnet views (now with 150+ cars)

I have decided to compose a list of cars that have a bonnet view since some cars do while some don't. The cars in this list will be categorized as "correct" and "incorrect". Because this thread first started, the cars that are listed were from me going through about 100 cars in my garage set in order of date acquired.

This list originally started with 49 cars and now has 179 cars and counting.

Spoiler: Useful notes for suggestions

Provide a picture of the bonnet view (with the HUD off) (you don't have to but it's encouraged) and list anything that is viewable that otherwise wouldn't. Suggestions involving multiple cars are OK and let me know how many cars there if there are 5 or more in a single post.

CARS THAT HAVE THE ROOF BEING VIEWABLE DON'T COUNT BUT WINDSHIELDS ARE FINE.

Buy a carbon fiber hood for the car. Bare carbon is preferred but if the game doesn't allow it, colored is fine as well as the hood pins would be viewable. Keep in mind that the game does not allow either colored or bare carbon hoods for some cars.

Because most racing games have a hood view and in the GT games it's usually some weird kind a view from the roof that is supposedly called a hood (or bonnet) view. It was also because I read a thread in the Q&A section involving the hood/bonnet view and got inspired to make this thread.

Some cars in the game do have a correct hood view while others don't.

Aston Martin One-77 has hood view, Nissan Skyline GT-R Spec V II '94 also has a Hood view, Ford Focus ST '13 also has a hood view.

same, I prefer the "roof-mounted" hood view. It's a lot easier to drift with that kind of POV, you can see what's directly in front of you, and you can gauge how far you are to the person drifting in front of you.

The Mercedes SLR McLaren's have proper views in my opinion unless the camera is facing too low which it's good where it is.

Just really sad we need 15 lists for all the different ways PD didn't implement cars the same, or just fudged other out of inaccuracy. Their quality control team is despicable.
Seppuku is the only way now.

Ideally, we should be able to mount cameras freely anywhere on our cars. I hope they let us do that in GT7.
Maybe even make the cameras show up as actual GoPro cameras on the cars, considering that's made by Sony. That would be pretty clever product placement by them, and it wouldn't even look out of place.

The Sambabus is obvious as it has a flat front. I'll add the McLaren when I get there.

Imo all cars in AAA racing/driving games should have a proper bonnet view

It's one of the reasons I think Forza 5 is so enjoyable for me

PD need to get this sorted for GT7, among other things. Like a livery editor

The Nissan R89c, Saucer C9, and Mazda 787B have great hood views in the correct angle, amazing sense of speed. Try them out, they're fun
