So like the title which cars of you guys hate have to try and tune:dunce:

basically their cars that no matter how hard you try no matter how much time you spend with it; It just doesn't yield and doesn't handle like you want:grumpy:

so what are your top cars?

ps. i'd personally like to see a tune for the 15 maxi rally turbo

Buggatti Veyron (-__-)
The car understeers but I definitely love the 1000+ BHP and sound of the engive as you rev.

I'm kinda iffy with tuning the Caterham Seven FireBlade :/

The premium Nissan Silvia S15. That car should be a beast but unfortunately it is not.

So far:
Citroen GT Concept, the thing won't turn.
Jag E-Type, understeer into a corner, horrific oversteer on corner exit

Formula Gran Turismo. This car went from one of my favorites in GT4 to one of my least favorites in GT5. PDs new GT5 physics just don't match up well with this leftover car from the previous game. It's just a twitchy unpredictable nightmare.

That car and the Veron. Used the Veron twice then let it collect dust.

RUF yellow bird
Toyota Aristo V300 Vertex
Lotus Evora
Sometimes very high powered 4WD cars
Citroen GT Concept race car

the god damn enzo.

if anyone has a tune for this on comforts where it doesn't understeer then please direct me to it.

Any car that drives very well with stock settings.
Tuning something like a Yellowbird or Mustang can be infuriating, but at least there's a chance to accomplish something with it.

Mine's probably the loosest you'll find. I didn't find it that hard to tune, if you want less under-steer than what mine has, add some - rear toe.
Maxed out.(Sarthe tune)
Stock power.

^^This. While cars like the 5 Maxi Turbo frustrate me I can at least see and feel improvements I make. Meanwhile the BMW M5 '05 which I love the stock suspension on kills me for tuning since seemingly anything I do with tuning makes it worse not better.:odd:

It is really good, and when something is close to or perfect, you can't improve it.

I managed an M5 tune that drives just like stock I think, but with different numbers, if that counts.

The 07 Mustang, I tried forever to tune that thing.. Finally gave in and found a tune for it on here.

The stock pitches and rolls about like your on a ship but still has amazing handling despite feeling so soft. What I keep trying to get is a firmer suspension that makes you feel the car is more planted on the track instead of that floating sensation of the stock that totally isolates you from the tracks surface. With the stock its a matter of learning to trust that the car is going to grip and go where you want and learning its limits instead of being able to feel the limits with the car.

Maxi 5 turbo rally car is simply un tunable! It's a dog to drive no matter what you do with it

Wow, thanks
I'll check it out tonight!

Well i don't hate trying to tune this, however MY GT-R specV that i'm trying to tune for drift is going sideways. (No pun intended) I've had trouble keeping the thing stable in a drift. i've had to turn midway throught the drift and then it's gone into a wall becuase it spins out. Ultimately this is an experiment, to see if i can drift my favourite car.

Hmm, I find it easier to feel the limits on soft suspensions usually. But then the DS3 doesn't so easily allow slow steering.

The premium Nissan Silvia S15. That car should be a beast but unfortunately it is not.

The S15 RM has this problem too. It's only as fast as an early model RX-7, when it should be going as fast as an NSX at the very least.

Cars over about 1400kg and with mountains of torque are always a handful, since they understeer on corner entry, and oversteer wildly on corner exit, with wheelspin all the way in the early gears.

I probably worded that wrong there is soft suspensions where it is compliant and still transmits a good feel for the road and then there is that luxury car soft where the suspension attempts to give the driver and passenger a smooth ride that totally isolate them from the road. The stock M5 for me is the later. It truly is a magnificent setup but I want to feel the road a bit and know when its getting to its limits by feel where as like I said before with the stock suspension its a case of learning to trust the car and trial and error to find its limits.

Amuse Carbon R (R34) ’04 :yuck::yuck::grumpy:

Shelby GT350R ’65 :crazy::ouch:

I have not tried the Carbon yet, but the GT350R.... still trying :D

Motor City Hami
Ohhhh. Two cars that I like. Maybe this thread should turn into a heal/hurt type of thread?

That's what I was thinking. Most of these cars I like alot :dopey:

Corvette C6 ZR1, it's very sensitive, even with the slightest adjustment you could screw up the handling.. At least from my experiences.
