History: Before 1986, Lister was known for making successful race cars in the 1950's and early 60's. The first car was the Lister-MG, and they were last seen preparing Sunbeams for the 24 hours of Le Mans race.
Laurence Pearce acquired the company in 1986 wanting to make a race car and a super car. But before that, he modified Jaguar XJS's, turning them into high performance sports cars, for around £100,000. 50 were built, 30 of them were called the Mk.3. The version up have for suggestion is called the Le Mans (because of Jaguar's success) which has the full body kit, and only had a 20-unit production run, including a couple convertibles.
To get this much power, Lister modifications included Fuel injection with 4 injectors and throttle bodies, larger valves, and the ECU was tweaked, obviously the brakes and suspension were upgraded, too.
This car was the precursor to the iconic Storm.

Specification
7.0L V12, naturally aspirated (same engine as the Storm)
Top Speed: 200 mph
0-60 in 4.5 seconds
HP- 512
600 ft/lb torque
FR layout
2-door 2+2
Double Wishbone Suspension

Why you should vote:
We have the Storm, and I'm grateful for that, but this is a super car too that was so unique. It wasn't just a modded XJS, it really did have new life in it. If we have the Storm, we need the car that started it all.

Edit: special thanks to @Legro and @StarLight for support and photos!

Feel free to send them to me via private message or my email if you do find them, thank you! (:

Sorry, saw your comment after putting them here.
It's okay so or do want me to remove them.
You can copy to the OP and then I delete mines, so no confusion with double photos.

They're fine there! I have 2 out of the 3 you posted, they're really cool art-sy pictures. Thank you!

Lister does need more representation in GT6, so what better then a good looking road car...

Therefore, voted! 👍

Hey guys, I made some edits, I added more pictures, and altered the specs.
While some cars had 600, most had 512, depending on what tuning package you got.
Also, a few people I've told love the wheels. So here is a close up of it.

Saw a red one of these for sale in an issue of Classic & Sports Car magazine a while back for the rediculous price of £20,000.

We don't have the Storm, we've got a non-premium race car.

Definitely need both road cars, this is such a beast, would be nice for more people to know about it.
