You guys are good! I like seeing people taking their time using this mess of an editor. Of course it is better than nothing.

My stuff is pretty simple and should not take long to do. In my case it did take a quite a bit of time in landing those stickers to the correct spot. OCD users beware.

ok wtf!!! My vinyls keep disappearing, the ones on my s2000 are there but the ones on my r32 and NSX are no where to be found? they show up when I go to the livery but after I leave they are gone?

Hi all :) Here's my first attempt at something very basic

Definately have to use the DS3 for vinyls and stuff, the controls on my wheel make the clunky editing system
even worse

Thanks again for your help :)

Yes and I have no idea as I don't have the PC version, I made this on my PS3. I switched in the Dynojet logo as I felt it fitted best (as a racing team rather than a parts supplier).
You'll also note I used look-alikes for the Shell logos too.

The only logos that are spot on are Yokohama and Champion.

As soon as I noticed that this era M3 was in the game, I immediately knew I had to re-create that livery.

Iconic livery from one of the most iconic moments in BTCC : Soper plowing into Cleland

Here's my homage to Peter Cunningham's RealTime Racing NSX from Speed World Challenge.

Funny that Toyo was a RealTime sponsor for a long time, but in S2U, the default race tire is a Hankook. So I went along with the "supplier change" for my C class NSX. It's a work in progress.

I hope I'm not the only one old enough to remember that car...

Haha, i'm 21 and I remember who he is. I wish they included the TSX so we could make that same livery style for it as well.

Not on PS3 (Falken as you can see on my BMW), it appears they've used different tyre suppliers for each platform (as I can see you're on PC), interesting.

Anyone know how many layers the editor allows? Just curious if anyone has reached a limit?

I used at least 20 or more layers for the left/right sides of my Soper-BMW up there. It does allow a lot, which is one of the few nice things with this game's livery editor.

Same problem with me!
I just gave up until the patch comes out.
Racing an all white car isn't that bad :dopey:

lol I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was on a little while ago and they now show when I go to the garage, but I haven't checked if they are there in a race

You can have heaps Im pretty sure. I have 15 layers of squares just to make the stripe set on this:

I also managed to make this:
Trying to copy the BADBUL livery of Mad Mikes RX8

Not a lot of advertising space on a Gumpert though.

I'd agree adding numbers is a pretty basic addition but I doubt there will be letters because 5 minutes later someone will have "BAD M***********!" emblazoned down the side of their car.
