Once again where exactly did he confirm this? He says a lot of things and they tend to hold little water he also says (which I'd believe more of) that there will not be a full livery editor.

I didn't say he comfirmed it , and was there really any need for bold ?

My post was isn't there meant to be not it was comfirmed there was going to be one.
