I've been thinking about a possible competition which was based in LM GT2 cars. "Which LM GT2 Cars?", you'll probably think.
Right, my idea was that we used street cars and tune them enough... Since we would be running with GT2-Spec cars, there would be a weight and power limit. Initially, the limits would be the following:
Cars up to 520hp - 1145kg minimum weight.
Cars up to 570hp - 1245kg minimum weight.
Cars up to 600hp - 1345kg minimum weight.
The initial car list would be as follows:
Acura NSX '91
BMW M3 '07
Ferrari 430 Scuderia '07
Ferrari 430 '06
Ford Mustang V8 GT Coupe Premium '07
Honda NSX Type R '02
Jaguar XK Coupe Luxury '07
Nissan GT-R '07 (Switching traction as much as possible to rear)
Nissan GT-R SpecV '09 (Switching traction as much as possible to rear)
However, I would still like to tune them and test them on track before deciding which cars are in and which are out. Any suggestions and help would be welcome, as I've never organized a championship.
Thank you in advance, and I hope we can have some interesting GT2 Races!
