Locating G27 to buy....

I have a friend looking to purchase a G27. However our search has netted either way over priced units or out of stock when at a normal price.


If anyone could point me in a direction to get one, new or used. It would be greatly appreciated.

I was on the phone with Logitech customer service just last night, and they told me they had the G27 in stock. Have you tried ordering directly from them?

Edit: Nevermind, their site shows out of stock again now.

over priced?? like $3395? yep you read correctly, just checkout eBay...G-27 for $500, 800, 1200 and the winnner 3395. Tell me this isnt some kinda scam....probably money laundering of some type.
Anyway the best deal I found was $279 with $100 shipping which is of course absurd...I'll be talking to Logitech too :)
Ok called and they are OS and due April 11th

I asked about that too while talking to customer service, turns out that inventory is only for customer service, so warranty replacements. I called the ordering department shortly after on the 11th of this month and the guy said they expected to have all current orders fulfilled by april 11th.

I ordered mine from compusa.com that night for $280+shipping and it arrived tuesday morning. Their website said it was no longer for sale but still had the listing and it had an add to cart link, so I called them and sure enough they had them in stock still. Later when I checked the site the link had disappeared, so they may be sold out now.
 
Thanks for your replies, however he is no longer looking. He went Fanatec. Hope it comes quickly. ;)
