Login Bonus glitch?

Hi,
I just logged in again after saving the game manually yesterday and the day before and i now have 170% rewards etc. It looks as though i didn't save thye game. In GT5 i am thinking i didn't need to do this, however maybe i do in GT6?

This feature (not issue) didn't exist in GT5.

Since the last 3 days, I've been taking part in a race & completing it. After that I quit the game. This works for me as I've been on 200% ever since I've been doing this.

Just spend a quality 5 minutes either in career or online mode race & there shouldn't be an issue.

My login bonus has been going backwards four the last three days...what b.s. is this another ploy by PD to keep you from earning money so you have to pay to play?

Mine have been the same. I had no problem for the first week or two, but this weekend each day it has decreased each day. What bollocks.
 
I agree that it does punish those of us that log in and play everyday, but I don't think they need to do away with it, just find a way to make it work.

Those who are going backwards in the log in bonus, there must be something differently being done?

Playing a game or just logging in & off.

Trust me, this is a glitch. I log in and play everyday and since I noticed the glitch, I have been manually saving to no avail. Last night I had finally gotten back up to 170% and manually saved just to be sure, even after 6 or so races and purchasing a new Lancer 06. I did this in spite of the fact that it auto saves when you win, spend, etc. Tonight I logged in thinking finally 200% will be there, but no, I'm now back to 150%. :banghead: I've done everything correct and even error proofed it all but still have this problem like many others.

I'm assuming the people with problems here are keeping in mind that if you log in "tonight" as in "after 12" you might've skipped a day...

This is ridiculous then!

Seems the 1.02 patch needs to be patched. People were waiting for the login bonus but going backwards in this is more upsetting than not having the login bonus at all.

I consistently log in after 12:00am because I work night shift. If I consistently log in at the same time then it should add up as the days go by. My bonus has scaled back 2 or more days in one 24hr period up to 4 times now, so we are losing multiple days at a time instead of just one, so no one day log in miss can be causing multiple day losses. Never had this happen to me in GT5 unless I purposely missed a log in (after 12:00am), then I knew what was coming, and it was only one day that I lost.

I don't think people will be making such a basic mistake.

I make it a point to take part in a race & then quit. Immediately the game autosaves & since the last few days, have been stuck on 200%.:D
 
Happ New Year All!I just signed on and am back at 170% like I was two days ago. Keeping my fingers crossed that I will hit 200 tomorrow night after twelve.
 
Anyone having problems with the log in bonus at the moment? I'm at 170%, but I'm not recieving any bonus at all, not even 110%. And yes, I'm signed in. I also tried quitting the game, boot back in (while logged into PSN), and still nothing.

That's strange.

Since I'm playing for 5 mins atleast or finishing a single race, I've been on 200% since a week now.

But after installing the 1.02 patch, I've found the loading times a bit slower.
 
Worth mentioning if you're in the middle of a championship, you won't get the login bonus until you finish it and go back to the main menu.
 
I tried something using both my accounts to see what would happen if I missed a day logging in. Once I finally got my current and old acct back to 5 days I decided to miss a day on my old acct and see what would happen. The glitch started to happen again on the acct that I missed a day on.

After missing just one day it went to 170%, then when I thought 200% would show up the next time, it went back down further down to 150%. I stayed with it, and after four days my old acct was back to 200%.

I guess we should try not to miss any days or it may be tricky getting back to 200%.:odd:

I didn't log in yesterday after enjoying a 200% login bonus for about 9 days. I'm assuming I'll be at 170% but lets see.

I usually get time to play the game on weekends but try to manage to play about 10 minutes to keep the login bonus flowing.
 
After installing 1:03 my 200% is now back at 110%! I'm not too fussed as I have nearly 50 million but it's still odd proving that things are amiss. Add that to the fact that my 100% game completion is now at 96% gives me some concerns for what's going on with the game.

Strange ain't it? It never happened in GT5 or GT4.

How big was the update & what additions / improvements have You noticed? (Will be only able to download the update after I reach home from work.)

I only logged in briefly to do the update and then noticed my log in bonus was back to 110. Then went into status to see if a problem I previously had - no cars showing at the bottom for distance, wins, max speed - had been fixed. 2 had appeared and then I noticed my lovely 100% was now 96! Will check tonight for more stuff after work.

You need to make sure the game saves every time you do it. So when you login, accept the bonus, then go to your garage and change cars. This will make it save a second time, but it actually saves properly. The first time it says Saving after you get the bonus doesn't seem to actually save. So either manually save from the Start menu, or make it autosave by switching cars, doing a race etc.

oh! that explains my 200 down to 110 in a few days of hitting ok, then quit game.
 
I'm not getting my bonus guys, not even 110%. I did get 200% for both seasonals but for my career races, nada. Yes I'm logged into psn. Had this problem in 1.02 but it's worse in 1.03. Anyone else?
Also everytime servers are down or crashing I never get it. Does the bonus not tie in to your saves but rather PDs servers or what?

You do not have to race to bring up the game auto saves just do a manual save after you get the login bonus and quit the game.

Since I've taken the effort to start the game, I rather play the game for a while in order to satiate my love for the game.
 
Mine seems to be all over the place. I do a race every time I log in. Been logging for 5 days straight this week and last night the bonus went down to 110.
